Just Pure Minerals Review Pt. 2

Hello again everyone!

Sorry for the delay, but as my internet is REALLY slow it's hard for me to upload all my pictures for review in a timely manner! However, here's the second part of the Just Pure Minerals Review and I'm so excited to share it with you.

So, we're going to start with the lip colors. I received four different colors ranging from a peach color to a deep burgundy.

This first picture is of my bare lips for comparison.
This color is Barely Beach in their tinted lip balm line. I really loved the warmth it added to my otherwise pale and cool lips. It made them look healthy and hydrated without being too distracting and taking away from a natural look. The formula was nice and smooth, very easy to apply using your fingers or a spare doe foot applicator. It has a slight tingling sensation that feels similar to a weak Burt's Bees lip balm.

Barely Beach
Capri is a nice warm toned shade that adds depth to the lips. It has mocha undertones and a slight shimmer. It isn't overly showy and could function well as a day to day lip color. The formula is similar to that of Barely Beach and once again was very easy to apply. I did notice however that this color didn't seem to 'stick' quite as well to the lips and faded quite quickly. But, because the color isn't too harsh the fading isn't as noticeable as the darker shades below.

Capri
Cinnamon is a lovely deep red color with copper tones. It has no purple undertones whatsoever so it isn't vampy at all, and therefore wouldn't be too edgy and would function well as a red for someone who isn't ready to take the plunge into bright an showy colors. the formula is very similar to that of Barely Beach and clings to the lips better than Capri. It lasts for quite a while before needing to be reapplied.
Cinnamon
Willow is my favorite color out of them all. It's a purpley mauve that looks amazing with a neutral colored eye. It's dark enough to make a statement but not too bold where ALL eyes will be on your lips all night. It truly is the perfect balance color between vampy and subtle. The formula is again similar to those before it and stays as well as Cinnamon.

The sample packaging is sturdy and has quite a bit of product in it, enough to last for multiple applications.

In this picture you can see the true creaminess of the colors and how smooth they are to apply.

Lipstick Ingredients : Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Elaeis Guineensis (Palm) Kernel Oil, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil (and) Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Iron Oxides, Mica, Peppermint Oil*, Natural Vitamin E (soy-derived).

I also received two mineral veils, one that had a slight tint of color, and another that was clear and had a slight shimmer. As you can see below, they really don't show up all that well. But, that's what they're designed to do! They stick to foundation and mattify any shiny spots on the face. They also work well for on days when you simply don't want to put on foundation but still want a slight bit of coverage. Mineral veils are a wonderful asset to any beauty routine and I highly recommend them.

Once again, the packaging is very sturdy and has quite a lot of product for multiple applications.

Mineral Veil Ingredients : mica, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, iron oxides

So that's it! I highly recommend this line for people who are interested in vegan products, mineral products, or simply want to try something new! You can find them on their websiteFacebookGoogle +, or Instagram.
